David-Muir
David Muir is an American anchor and journalist best known for his ABC news program World News Tonight with David Muir in addition to his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for which he's a co-anchor. Through its animated movements and dramatic videos of celebrity gossip, his show has become America's top newscast. The anchor is also famous for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. Before taking on ABC World News Tonight, it was his primary replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer. The majority of his time-shifted ABC News specials include Breaking Point the Story of Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint - Refugees in America. He has traveled around the globe, reporting on news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He is the recipient of multiple Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Award and numerous honors from Associated Press.
